2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team or third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change until full payment is made. Prices may vary due to factors like exchange rates, service provider changes, or peak season surcharges.
Payments can be made through approved methods on our website, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or via direct bank transfers.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment as specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers are advised to obtain suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liabilities.
Health and vaccination requirements vary by destination. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all health and safety guidelines.
Trimann Travels is not liable for any illness, injury, or mishaps occurring during the trip.

6. Liability & Limitations

While we strive to ensure accurate information and reliable services, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, personal injury, or third-party claims.
Customers are encouraged to follow safety guidelines and take appropriate precautions during travel.

7. Changes to Itineraries

Trimann Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotel bookings, and other arrangements as necessary for the safety and comfort of travelers.
In the event of changes, we will notify customers as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives, subject to availability.
Additional costs arising from changes not initiated by Trimann Travels (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, force majeure) must be borne by the customer.
